The future of this world depends on how responsible we are today to support and nurture our children: provide basic amenities to children- education, clean water to drink, food to eat, safe place to live. There are a couple of projects close to my heart and I support them:
I have started my journey with Project Awake and Shine (http://www.awakeandshine.org) in India. It is a non-governmental organization which was started with the desire to awaken the local community to the earning potential of Integrated Village Tourism and to lay a sound foundation through education, so that future generations can shine by gainful employment within the local environment. They run a primary school (elementary) providing quality education, alongside personality building. I am a Citizen Philanthropist. I have committed to share a part of my earnings by sponsoring children’s education for the next seven years. As of now, I am associated with 2 children and I intend to add a child with every successful business transaction. The satisfaction I derive from it leads me to a higher self-esteem and an overall well-being.
